Versions of Self: A Fashion Identity Workshop

​Who do you see when you look in the mirror? How does that change based on what you wear? What are you afraid to wear that would show people who you really are?

This is about the art and psychology of fashion and self-expression. We will explore the intersection of identity, clothing, and presence - creating a space where the ritual of dressing becomes a celebration of personal transformation. This is for people who feel a strong tie to physical expression via clothes and would appreciate a witness for the journey. This experience is a practice.

​We will touch a bit on the intellectual and emotional aspects of expression. We will have some eye gazing and movement exercises, to explore the connection between attire and identity.
